Welcome the Under 18s
With each passing season our players go from strength to strength. The squad is performing well on the pitch and working hard in training.
Many of our squad have been with the club since an early age and their journey towards adult rugby has been full of highs and lows; some difficult defeats, but also some glorious victories. Winning the league 2 seasons ago was thrilling for all concerned. With effort and hard work, similar good times are not far away.
Training is great fun but is also very practical - strengthening strengths and supporting developments. We have a plethora of games this year, both in the league and friendlies against other local clubs. Some of these will be very challenging. Training takes place on Sunday mornings when we do not have a match, and on Thursday evenings at 1930.
As a testament to the standard of rugby played at Warlingham, and particularly in the Under 18's, we are putting several boys in for the Surrey development squad.
As always we welcome new players of all abilities - the important thing about rugby at Warlingham is enjoyment. So come up, learn the game the Warly way (is there any other!?), make new mates and enjoy playing rugby.
