Welcome to Warlingham Ex 1st XV

Having won promotion from Surrey Combination 1 last year as league champions, the Warlingham 2nd XV are now playing their rugby in the Surrey Alliance which is part of the JONAP reserve league structure.

The team comprises of a mix of young players pushing for 1st XV positions as well as a few ‘old heads’ looking to impart any tricks of the trade that have been bashed into them over their rugby careers. This year has seen several players progress into the 1st XV squad and establish themselves as key players. The seconds look set to continue this trend with a crop of the club’s academy players now plying their trade on Saturdays in the senior teams.

As well as pushing for promotion again this year, the Warlingham 2nd XV are a very social bunch and can often be found propping up the bar of a Saturday evening.
